Automatic Removal of Laser Oxide Edge

The SBM-B series of machines, automatically removes the oxide film from internal and external contours of laser cut components and blends sharp edges in a single pass. This provides an ideal surface for painting or powder coating, eliminating adhesion problems on the laser cut edge.

The steel brushing machine, is available in two width capacities, 1000mm and 1500mm, and can process parts up to 20mm thick.
